Danny Lohner Appearance At Camerata Tango Follow Up Update
Updated 06.05.2001 1:00 PM EDT

As mentioned earlier this week, Clara, who maintains SimplyPaz.com, ran into Nine Inch Nails' Danny Lohner in Los Angeles at the Keyclub on June 2nd and chatted a bit about his latest projects and other activities.

After the Camerata Tango show, which is the same group former Nine Inch Nails' guitarist Robin Finck went to see in March, "I went downstairs to talk with [A Perfect Circle bassist/violinist] Paz Lenchantin and then on the way back, hanging out with her was Danny Lohner," said Clara. "He and Paz talked for awhile (very chummy, very sweet-Paz performed really well, though she seemed shy during her performance) until the people working at the Keyclub told everyone to move off the floor so they could set up."

"Paz saw her dad and I decided to say hi to Danny," she mentioned. "So after taking a picture, I asked how things were going with him. He said they were fine, he'd finished the Marilyn Manson/Eminem remix and had been flying back and forth between LA and New Orleans (because his girlfriend lives in LA, she wasn't there though, Danny had come with a friend and her son)." For more info on the Manson/Eminem remix, please read "Danny Lohner Remixed/Produced Eminem's "The Way I Am" Featuring Marilyn Manson"

"I gave Paz a painting and Danny commented that it looked like paintings that David Bowie had done of each of the guys from NIN that they have in the studio," she added, which her painting given to Paz was a watercolor of her. "All in all Danny was very nice, very approachable, totally amazing experience meeting him after such a breathtaking show," she said.

Be sure to check out Clara's dedication website to the beautiful Paz Lenchantin at SimplyPaz.com as she will have a review and photos from the concert. Hopefully she'll offer her photo she snapped of Danny Lohner available for download.
