I guess I should have
said the name when I had the chance, but Allstar
News is correct, the rock/rap version of Eminem's
"The Way I Am" featuring Marilyn Manson both on guitar
and vocals was remixed/produced by Nine Inch Nails'
Danny Lohner.
Although it's not confirmed,
but many indicate the track will appear on a European
reissue of The Marshall Mathers LP, due August 2nd
in the UK. According to Allstar, "the reissue will
also include a bonus disc of instrumental versions
of some of the album's tracks and appear in some incarnation
in Japan."
What many don't know
is the track was created around the time Danny Lohner
and Telefon Tel Aviv remixed A Perfect Circle's "Judith"
and "3 Libras." I also wouldn't doubt that Telefon
had a hand in the remix too, but this wasn't something
that was conjured up a month ago or so. It took place
around the summer of last year.
