Gothic.net Interviews Godhead's Jason Miller; Mentions Marilyn Manson
Updated 06.03.2001 2:00 PM EDT

A new interview with Marilyn Manson's first band singed to Posthuman Records, Godhead, can be found at Gothic.net along with a review of their new CD "2000 Years of Human Error". Godhead frontman Jason Miller touches on his childhood, life on the road with Marilyn Manson, what it was like before they were signed to Posthuman Records and what's like to have to earn your respect.

Below is a snippet from the interview:

Chad Hensley: Tell me about your childhood.

Jason Miller: I grew up in suburban Washington, DC. My parents split up when I was six, so I never even imagined about them being together. I do have a good relationship with both my mother and father. It took my father seeing us in an arena to get it in his mind. As a kid, I played a lot of Dungeons and Dragons. I didn't have a lot of time for women. I wouldn't say there are Godhead groupies but I've definitely made up for it. Back stage I'm more of an observer but I've definitely seen a lot of tricks played. One night on tour with Marilyn Manson, our drummer had this really hot girl in our dressing room. Manson has this spy camera. Someone from Manson's camp saw the girl and everybody started checking her out. Another time, right when we came off stage in Philadelphia, we were all sweaty and Manson dumped an entire box of Rice Crispies all over us.

Thanks a lot to: William.
