Marilyn Manson
is mentioned in the new Rolling Stone "Summer Tour"
edition that should hit stands shortly, if it hasn't
already. The small article is about the protests in
Denver, which quotes Manson saying, "I just want to
play a show in Denver and put the past in the past.
I'm trying to be very respectful to the people of that
city because of what happened at Columbine. But I think
the church's protest makes this into a media event,
which is disrespectful."
Also, Manson is quoted
when discussing Ozzfest as part of this year's summer
tours. Manson says the setlist will be very aggressive
and full of the band's most violent songs. "The best
we have to offer is the ass-kicking, no holds barred
Marilyn Manson," he said.
