Following the release of Nine Inch Nails' Fragility DVD/CD/VHS documentary, we received word that Nine Inch Nails have evidently begun to plan out the lighting for a SPRING tour, "which is usually an early sign that they are gearing up for a tour," reports my source. "From what I understand, "it will in fact be a club tour or at least a smaller venue tour like they discussed before..."
