New Nine Inch Nails Interview In A.P. Magazine, NIN Wins Many A.P. Readers Poll
According to the official Alternative Press website, Nine Inch Nails won Best Artist and Best Live Act in this year's A.P. Readers Poll. "Editor-In-Chief Robert Cherry visited Reznor in his New Orleans studio complex to talk about assorted career highs and lows, being Fred Durst's proxy lyricist, the state of the rock for 2001 and what his next creative venture will be," said the site.
"I think popular music can be better than it is now," says Reznor. "I think there can be much more innovation. People aren't that stupid. I'm just trying to figure out what's inspiring me right now."
The A.P. Readers Poll/Reznor interview issue will be on newsstands January 5th, 2001.
