December 7, 00 - 2:30 pm EST Metric Halo Labs has published an advertisement in the 2001 Sweetwater's Pro Gear Directory (vol. 51) and probably in several other prominent catalogs and Pro Audio magazines. "The advertisement is for their ChannelStrip plugin," explained Dave. "ChannelStrip provides multiband EQ with switchable filters, a compressor and a noise gate all in one interface," he added. "It's for use with Pro Tools systems as TDM and RealTimeAudioSuite plugins, and also for Digital Performer as an MAS plugin. It's a very cool plugin." Charlie Clouser was quoted in the advertisement:
"I Love ChannelStrip!!!!! Without it, actually trying to MIX inside of TDM is a joke. Not enough timeslots/DSP. With it, life is good." -Charlie Clouser, Nine Inch Nails "There are quotes from several other famous Pro Tools and Digital Performer users and a picture of the plugin," Dave continued.
