NINE INCH NAILS RECEIVE A 2000 MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARD NOMINATION IN THE "BREAKTHROUGH VIDEO" CATEGORY FOR "INTO THE VOID"

July 25, 2000 -  nine inch nailsı video for "Into The Void" has received a nomination for a 2000 MTV Video Music Award in the "Breakthrough Video" category.  "Into The Void" is the second single released from nine inch nailsı multi-platinum, critically acclaimed CD "The Fragile".  The video features extreme close-ups of nine inch nailsı lead Trent Reznor as well as performance shots of the band.  The other nominees in the breakthrough video category are Björk, Blur, Chemical Brothers, and Supergrass.
