Still working on putting some new stuff up on the news page (i'm lazy and busy). But here's some interesting news: "The Perfect Drug" is up for some MTV video music awards, including best video, best alternative video, and a few others. Here's the report from Allstar Music News:
Jamiroquai, Beck, Nine Inch Nails Lead MTV Video Noms
U2, Beck, & The Spice Girls Will Perform At Ceremony
Jamiroquai leads this year's MTV Video
Music Award nominations with nine nods
for the clip, "Virtual Insanity,"
including Breakthrough Video and Best
Video of the Year. Beck came in at a
close second place with seven
nominations, mostly for "The New
Pollution," while Nine Inch Nails
trailed closely with five nominations
for "The Perfect Drug."
This year's awards ceremony, which
will be held Sept. 4 at Radio City Music
Hall in New York, will be hosted by
comedian Chris Rock and will include
live performances from U2, Beck, and the
Spice Girls.
That's it for today. The news page will be functioning soon, I promise.
