A: NIN's Still CD is available as a single disc in its own unique packaging exclusively at this website through www.nin.com. The Still CD is also available as part of the Deluxe Box CD set of NIN's "And All That Could Have Been", which is available wherever CDs are sold.

A: We do not accept orders via telephone at this time.

Q: Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase?

A: Taxes apply to CA, IL, NC, NY, TN, TX & VA residents only on credit card orders. Taxes will be calculated automatically.

Taxes apply to Ohio residents only on fax / mail orders. Ohio residents, please add 5.75%.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: Your credit card will be charged when your order has been shipped.

Q: What are the shipping costs to the US?

A: Standard shipping for the US (including Alaska, Puerto Rico, & Hawaii) is $2.99 for the first CD and $1.00 for each additional CD.

Next Day shipping via Fedex is available in the Continental US (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, & Hawaii) for $20.00 for the first CD plus $4.00 for each additional CD. CD orders received before 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Standard Time will be delivered before 10:30 am on the next business day to most US cities. A signature will be required for delivery.

Second Day shipping via Fedex is available in the Continental US (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, & Hawaii) for $12.50 for the first CD plus $1.00 for each additional CD. CD orders received before 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Standard Time will be delivered in two business days. A signature will be required for delivery.

Q: What are the International shipping costs?
A: International airmail shipping is $4.00 for the first CD plus $1.00 for each additional CD.*

*NOTE: You may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When you order from a US website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Q: Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. box?

A: All US and International shipments may be made to P.O. boxes, excepting Continental US Next Day and Two Day shipments, which cannot be delivered to a P.O. box.

Q: What is the exchange policy?

A: Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the ship date of your order.

Object will only exchange unopened CDs, CDs that are damaged or CDs that were received as a result of error on our part. In cases where CDs are damaged or were received as a result of error on our part, we will pay the shipping for the exchanged item. If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment. We will reship your order upon receipt.

Please note: Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will only pay shipping charges for the exchanged item if the exchange is due to damaged items or our error.
